Hardware has a longer life than the vendor admits
A platform going end-of-service-life is a sales milestone, not an engineering one. Most of it runs for years afterwards given spares and someone willing to support it.
That gap is our business. We source the kit the manufacturer has dropped, buy back what you have finished with, and handle the decommission when a rack genuinely reaches the end — erasing every drive and documenting it against the serial number.
Twelve years in, we have shipped to forty countries and learned that the thing customers actually want is an honest condition report and a straight answer about timing.
